I have bought from them twice through Facebook. They are incredible, 100% recommended. As a suggestion, pyrograving should be done at a minimum temperature of 240°C and preferably on non-resinous woods like poplar plywood, on pine it doesn't look good unless it is a surface without grain. The cracks in the resin cause it to release that liquid, leaving residue on the seal (burnt glue) and it doesn't look good on the wood either. The smoother and thinner the wood, the better, that's why poplar plywood is the best.
